Synopsis

A documentary about the cult status and social impacto of Desert Hearts - Cinema's first lesbian love story. "Desert Hearts" the first romantic lesbian story where girl gets girl and still has the girl at the end of the movie. Before "Desert Hearts" was released in 1986, lesbians on screen either ended up: alone; committing suicide; or having a lesbian fling only to end up in a relationship with a man.

The documentary "Desert Hearts mon amour" includes interviews with well known lesbians and lesbian icons, plus interviews with its stars Helen Shaver, Patricia Charbonneau, Alex McArthur, and filmmaker Donna Deitch who had the vision to bring Jane Rule's book "Desert Of The Heart" to the big screen.

Buenos días bellas!!No puedo comentar nada al respecto de esta peli pues no la he visto, no soy una gran cinéfila y tampoco me interesa demasiado el cine lésbico pero si me gusta mucho el cine erótico, que no es porno. A raíz del comentario "La primera historia de amor lésbico en el cine, 'Media hora mas contigo' (1986), fue la primera película romántica lesbiana donde chica conseguía a chica,[...]" recuerdo haber visto una peli lésbica, hace no mucho, 'Bilitis' un film del fotógrafo David Hamilton y música de Francis Lai que narraba la historia de una chica, Bilitis, que busca su identidad sexual y mantiene relaciones homosexuales con Melissa. Es un film cargado de erotismo light. Su producción se remonta a 1977. Este film tiene sobre todo una magnífica fotografía.

A 'pazi' pues me pasó hace poco con la peli 'Haervey milk' y, inexplicablemente, habia gente que se reía donde 'no había que reirse'. Pero miraba a mi alrededor y buff

Mi primera peli lesbi en el cine , Alucine¡¡¡ miraba a los espectadores alrededor mio y pensaba que aluncine¡¡ por fin ver algo bonito lesbico y en pantalla grande¡¡ , pero claro fue hace muchosssssss años ahora os parece todo eso mas normal a los ;-)

si, muy buena peli, yo la vi por la tele y no me lo podia creer, en la autonómica a altas horas de la noche, hace muuuucho...y cómo me ayudo verla...pero claro muchos años mas tarde de estrenarse...hacia los 90, supongo...pero es que yo salí muy tarde del armario ;-)

No queria pasar de comentar esta pelicula,fue la primera peli,lesbica que vi.recuerdo alquilarla en un video club,ha escondidas y con miedos y dios cuanto la disfrute,cuando se bajo esa ventanilla lloviendo y le dio ese beso tan bestial,que maravilla,.Muy buen recuerdo.
